BUSINESS OWNER | GRAPHIC DESIGNER | COMMUNITY VOLUNTEER |

Veronica Caez • President

Born and raised in beautiful Carolina, Puerto Rico, Veronica Caez is a vibrant, God-fearing woman whose journey reflects resilience, creativity, and heart. At just 19 years old, she packed her dreams and came to the United States, where she found her home in Newark, New Jersey. Today, she is the proud owner and founder of All Graphic Designs, LLC, located at 685 Passaic Avenue, Nutley, NJ — a thriving hub of creativity that brings visions to life through design.

Veronica’s passion for art and visual communication has burned brightly for over 11 years. With determination as her compass, she launched her first design business at age 28, transforming her lifelong love for creativity into a successful career.

As a single mother of two beautiful children, Auriemar I. Negron and Dylan A. Negron, Veronica’s greatest source of strength comes from her family. Their happiness, laughter, and safety fuel her drive each day. She’s not only a mother but a living example to her kids — showing that faith, persistence, and hard work can turn any dream into reality.

Veronica’s journey began early. At just 14 years old, she earned her first paycheck working for Verpas Product, Inc., a chemical and cleaning supply company — earning just $3 an hour. By 15, she was already attending vocational classes while in high school in Puerto Rico. Her mother, an accountant at Verpas, inspired Veronica’s strong work ethic and passion for helping others — values that continue to guide her both in business and in life.

After graduating from Carlos F. Daniels Vocational School with a certification in Business Administration and Accounting, Veronica continued to aim higher. She interned and worked at JCTV Electronics Inc., where she quickly advanced from intern to payroll and customer service representative — a position she held for five years. She later attended Colegio Universitario del Este, completing nearly three years of studies in Accounting, while also expanding her skills with certifications in Medical Office Clerk, Medical Coding, Animation Design, Gaming Design, Dreamweaver, After Effects, and Premier Pro.

Over the years, Veronica has gained diverse experience with leading organizations, including:

  • Lincare, Inc. – Collections

  • Niagara Family Health Center – Medical Coding (ICD-9 & CPT)

  • Novartis Federal Credit Union – Electronic Service Representative & ATM Settlements

  • City of Newark – North Ward Legislative Aide to then Councilman-At-Large Ras J. Baraka

  • Essex County Welfare Department – Clerk

  • Printing Delite, Inc. – Clerk & Graphic Designer

  • Graphic Designs All in 1, LLC – Owner & Graphic Designer

  • All Graphic Designs, LLC – Owner & Graphic Designer

Her work with the City of Newark holds a special place in her heart — where she helped residents improve their quality of life, guided them to resources, organized community meetings, and even helped with resume building and employment opportunities.

A Heart for Service

Veronica’s success isn’t just measured in business — it’s in her heart for service. She has volunteered tirelessly with hospitals, churches, and local organizations across New Jersey and Puerto Rico.
Her volunteer work includes:

  • Coordinating emergency alerts at Presbyterian Community Hospital (Puerto Rico)

  • Organizing voter registration drives and fundraising campaigns

  • Leading community cleanups, food and coat drives, and disaster relief efforts

  • Working with Northward Academy, El Rey Jesús Church (Morristown), City of Newark, Liga Roberto Clemente, and Misión Amor with International Ministries Jesús es el Rey

  • Collaborating with La Voz Latina, Instituto Duartiano de Newark, and the Desfile y Festival Cultural Dominicano del Condado de Essex

Through all her achievements, Veronica remains grounded in her faith in God. She believes her strength, wisdom, and creativity come from Him, and she strives to reflect His love through her service to others. “Everything I have, and everything I am,” she says, “is because God made a way.”

A Legacy of Love and Gratitude

Veronica attributes her success to the people who have inspired, guided, and stood by her side — her beloved mother, Wanda I. Rosa, stepfather, Benjamin Pizarro, sister, Hillary Pizarro, best friend, Karen Morales, partner, Edwin Williams, and her children, Auriemar and Dylan. She also honors mentors who believed in her vision, including Ralph Velez, Felipe Gomez, and Aníbal J. Alcántara Jr., whose wisdom and encouragement helped her grow into the powerful woman and business leader she is today.

With unshakable faith, creativity, and compassion, Veronica Caez continues to light up her community — a proud Puerto Rican, devoted mother, and God-fearing woman whose journey proves that when you trust in God and never stop believing, anything is possible.

FAVORITE QUOTE:

“I am a strong woman. I don’t sit around feeling sorry for myself, nor let people mistreat me. I don’t respond to people who dictate to me or try to bring me down. If I fall I will rise up even stronger because I am survivor and not a victim. I am in control of my life and there is nothing I can’t achieve.” (By Alpha Wiser)

Ruth Suero • Chief executive officer- CEO

Born in the Dominican Republic and the youngest of four, Ruth Suero is a shining example of resilience, faith, and unstoppable determination. In 1986, Ruth, her three siblings, and their devoted mother embarked on a life-changing journey to the United States — a bold move that would set the foundation for a future filled with purpose and success.

Growing up in Jersey City, Ruth graduated from Ferris High School, where her drive and curiosity stood out early on. She later attended New Jersey City University (NJCU), majoring in History — a field that deepened her appreciation for people’s stories and the power of perseverance through time.

But Ruth’s true calling came not from textbooks, but from the example of her mother — a woman who never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Following that legacy, Ruth devoted her life to uplifting others. Her faith in God and her passion for service became the guiding light behind everything she does.

A proud God-fearing woman and a born leader, Ruth turned her vision into action by founding The Trip & Tally Company, LLC — a business built not only on professionalism and excellence but also on compassion and community empowerment. Her story reminds us all that with God at the center, there’s no dream too big and no obstacle too great.

Patricia Ruiz • chief financial officer- CFO

Born in the heart of New York City, Patricia Ruiz entered the world with the kind of spark that only grows brighter over time. When she was just a baby, her parents decided to trade city skyscrapers for the sunny palms of Miami, Florida, where Patricia and her two siblings spent their childhood years. As the youngest of three, Patricia quickly learned to be both a dreamer and a doer—always curious, always ready to try something new. With a Peruvian mother and a Dominican father, Patricia’s vibrant culture shaped her into the passionate, resilient, and faith-driven woman she is today. Her roots gave her rhythm, her family gave her strength, and her faith gave her purpose. In Florida, Patricia explored many ventures, each one teaching her something valuable about life, people, and perseverance. But it wasn’t until she moved to New Jersey—fifteen years ago—that her true calling began to bloom. Through her struggles and victories, Patricia discovered her God-given talent: helping others find financial peace and purpose. Today, she proudly stands as the founder and owner of ATG Credit Repair LLC, a business built not just on numbers and reports, but on hope and transformation. Patricia has helped countless families regain control of their finances and step confidently into their own version of financial freedom. Beyond her success, Patricia is a devoted mother of two, a free spirit, and a God-fearing woman who lives to serve others. Her joy comes not from wealth or recognition, but from watching others rise, rebuild, and believe again. In every way, Patricia Ruiz is a walking testament to what happens when faith meets purpose—and when one woman chooses to turn her own journey into a blessing for others.
